We stayed busy this month with birthdays! Riley is 3. Richard is a little bit older than that. Riley had a blast with her party. We did some bubble guppies theme with a minion pinata and some random party favors for her 2 cousins and friend Lenay. She had another donut cake (always a hit) and loved running around with the other kids. She got some clothes from Grandma and Grandpa Kearns. She got puppets from Grandma and Grandpa McRae. A robotic fish from Uncle Ben and family (which she thought was the coolest thing ever). Coloring books and stickers from Jason and Cat. Taelor and Lenay gave Riley some fun Legos to play with. They make little animals. We got her a Doc McStuffins playset and DVD, a tunnel and Curious George Memory game. Richard didn't have a party but he did get an ice cream cake that was delicious. And we went to an arcade to play games to celebrate. Riley was ridiculously good at it. She earned probably 2/3 of our tickets. Richard and I just aren't very good I guess. We proved our method by going again the last night of February and Riley earned about the same number of tickets. She's just better at it. Although when we went last time several people came up and gave her their tickets since they were adults/not going to use them. It pays to have a cute little girl with you to get free things.

Riley loved Valentine's day and keeps talking about how we made a Valentine for Richard. She thought that was fantastic. We went to Weber State to see Jason run a race a week or two ago. She enjoyed seeing Jason and Cat. Riley's friend Lenay and my friend Taelor move in a couple weeks and we will be super sad to see them go :( Not sure what Riley will do without her little BFF. But we hope they have a blast in Oregon!

She's also started potty training. She's peed on the floor about 3 times. She's gotten pretty good but then peed in her carseat and on the floor today. Not sure what happened. She even tells me when she needs to pee if she's wearing a diaper so today was a little backwards but hopefully tomorrow is better. Richard starts school tomorrow morning at 7:30 so if you're up be sure to wish him luck ;)
