Richard & Michelle: 18 months

Riley is now a year and a half. She went to the doctor this morning and she did pretty well. She didn't cry when he came in at least. She waited until the actual exam to cry. So, progress. She did get measured and weighed and let me tell you. She is a gigantic baby. My gigantic baby. She's obviously taking after her father in this department. She weighed 24 pounds 11 ounces which translates to the 76%tile. Not bad right? Well it's all distributed in her 34.5 inch frame which puts her off the charts in height. The doctor showed me her height chart and she was WAY off the charts. Her head is still as ginormous as always. 99%tile. So there is my gigantic baby. She's no longer a baby :(

Not much has happened since my last post. It's only been like a week and a half. She officially starts nursery on Sunday. She's been going anyway since I'm in there, but now it is legit. She doesn't need any more shots or vaccines until kindergarten. I'm sure she'd be excited if she understood what that meant. We are going to be investing in a potty to get started on some positive potty training vibes. Maybe she'll love the potty. That's what we're hoping for.
